I just never got a handle on her and didn’t understand why she would do and say the things she did. The author definitely has a way to connect the reader with the characters themselves, the bonds you feel with them is just as great as the ones you have in real life.

Though he’s the enemy, and she’s just a woman, she finds herself discovering a world that she’s never known But, Cayla was only fifteen when she wrote this, so I figured, why not? If you like great story telling, an involved plot and strong world building, then don’t miss out on this phenomenal story.


Looking at the cover alone you are drawn into the story. Working for the Mandroid

I legcay hated how she ratted out one of the characters when she should have just ASKED them about it first. Well the 2nd one was just as good as the first. I was going to major in it in college until I realized that it was just a one way ticket to being that bitter high school teacher that everyone rolls there eyes at. This is a sequel to Legacy which I read a long time ago and loved even tho it had writing problems. She travels frequently to speak at middle and high schools, libraries, and book conventions.


Then there is Narian. All in all, I think Legacy was a beautiful read that deserves far more credit than it’s received thus far. There’s a nice mix between the romance aspect of the story and the action. She finds herself unable to love him and equally unable to forget Narian, the one she truly loves.

Long-winded descriptions of ballrooms, clothing, foods, textures, and more can slow down a story to a screeching halt. Originally posted on Small Review 3.

The original plot was interesting enough, but that quickly declined after a few chapters and it descended into mediocrity. Batman was using up all the black, so my Wonder Woman went a little punk.
