The only complaint I have about this book is the layout. When I got hompa where I could run again, I ran across this book in the library looking for training program. I’ve bought some books that are too simple and bojpa that get to broad and technical. While the writing is a little dense, with an authoritative tone and syntax that leads me to believe it was not originally written in English, it is full of facts, figures, charts and graphs to show how to get things done.
